A family Affair
You could say that it runs in the family - his mother and father opened a recruiting firm in the 1960s, and his twin brother currently owns an agency as well (www.thewilliamscompany.com).
Driven to succeed
A competitor by nature, David earned a varsity letter in cross county at Vanderbilt while finishing both his BA and MBA in 5 years. He went on to complete a second master’s degree, help start 3 businesses (which are still operating successfully today), and learn 6 languages. He brings this pursuit of excellence and dedication to his clients and candidates. “When a company hires a new employee, it’s the culmination of many critical steps and checking lots of boxes. A Softie at Heart
As a father of 4 daughters who laugh at his goofy jokes, husband to a wife who has been his best friend for over 20 years, and owner of a Goldendoodle who loves to lay next to him while he watches The Office, David involves his family in as much of his life as he can – whether it’s traveling to new countries, running marathons, doing charity work or catching a trout.
